Kindy 2027 Applications NOW OPEN
The following information is relevant for enrolments:
All families are required to complete an Application for Enrolment, which is reviewed by the School Principal. Please provide the following items with the Application and email all documents to poynter.ps@education.wa.edu.au
- Completed Application for Enrolment
- Birth certificate or passport
- Medicare ACIR – immunisation record found via Medicare app, statement must be no older than 2 months from date of enrolment
- Two forms of Proof of address – land or water rates notice / contract of sale or tenancy agreement along with a current utility bill
- Visa (if applicable)
- Information relating to health or medical condition, disability or additional needs (if applicable)
